By visiting, accessing, or using carolinathedoodler.com and any related mobile applications (Doodler Pad, Doodle Mashups, Solitaire Classic) operated by Loving Art and Company LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Artwork

All illustrations, character designs, storybooks, graphics, logos, videos, and texts displayed on this site and within our apps are the exclusive property of Carolina The Doodler and Loving Art and Company LLC. They are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

Purchasing a coloring book or printable grants you a personal, non-commercial license to print and color for your household or classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our artwork for commercial merchandise without prior written consent.

3. App Purchases & Refunds

In-app purchases made within iOS or Android applications are processed and billed directly through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests for mobile app purchases are governed by the respective store’s refund policies.

4. Physical & Digital Store Orders

Physical products are fulfilled with care. If your book or print arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and we will gladly arrange a replacement. Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon order completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loving Art and Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
