All digital products (coloring books, art guides, etc.) purchased from Carolina The Doodler are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these digital products with others.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited license to use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use. You may make one backup copy for archival purposes only. The license is non-transferable and terminates upon your breach of these terms.

We retain all rights not specifically granted to you in these terms.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For physical products, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

Carolina The Doodler and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services exceed the amount you paid for the products that gave rise to the claim.
