My Tiny Fancy Butterfly was inspired by the beautiful butterflies that flutter into my life and bring me joy during times when I need it most. This tiny painting shows my pink butterfly with beautiful details and crisp line work.

An original piece, this one of a kind tiny painting was created with high quality acrylic paints on a deep edged canvas (gallery wrap). I began by painting a light background and drew a light pencil sketch onto the canvas. From there I painted several layers using textures of acrylic paint, and defined the butterfly with crisp, smooth line work. To add depth I painted carefully detailed dots onto the wings and finished the painting with my signature 6 dots. The result is a pop art style painting, which lies somewhere between fancy and cartoony. The painting continues round the sides, no frame needed - it's ready to hang!
